The Team Behind The Bowl Of Khao Swe

My name is Mary and I started love khao swe during the beginning of the Pandemic in May 2020. Mom and I are the main chefs. Little brother is a sous chef and my right-hand man. Little sister is the barista and helps with prep. Older brother helps with deliveries. Together, we bring you authentic, home-cooked Burmese dishes. As any type of cuisine, each family has their own special style. We are here to share our home style dishes with you. Many of our specialty dishes are not found in any Burmese restaurants so you guys are in for a treat!
